Shipping on tables, benches, and orders over $1000.00 are shipped by common carrier, and are free of charge if they are within the the contiguous U.S.
All free common carrier shipments will only be shipped to either a business address, or the nearest carrier terminal to the customer location in the contiguous U.S.
Charges for tailgate and/or residential delivery are the responsibility of the customer!
All orders not shipped by common carrier will be shipped using UPS or Fed Ex.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders shipped within the contiguous U.S., Canada and Mexico are shipped using UPS, Fed Ex or common freight carrier, depending on the size and number of items ordered. Common carrier deliveries to residential addresses, and special requirements will incur additional charges. Products that include free shipping are shipped using common carrier (common carrier deliveries to residential addresses and special requirements may incur additional charges) ant be shipped to a business address or common carrier terminal. Free shipping does not include items shipped outside the contiguous U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Items shipped using UPS and Fed Ex are processed and shipped within 4 business days of the day the your credit card is processed. These orders will usually arrive in 3 -5 business days, although due to production schedules for many items, the wait may extend to 21 days. If you prefer to have those orders shipped in any other manner please call us at (888) 279-1501 to arrange an alternate means of delivery and we will provide you a shipping quote.

Delivery of common carrier items require that they be delivered to a commercial address, business address, loading dock, or common carrier terminal. Delivery to a residential address, will incur additional charges. If the case of a residential delivery, the freight carrier will contact you using the telephone number you provided and inform you of the additional delivery charge amount and confirm your total before shipping.

Common carrier deliveries typically take 7-14 days to arrive. For specifics on common carrier delivery please see the below notations. All shipments require a physical address (not a PO Box number) and a phone number that the carrier can call to arrange delivery.

Please note that shipping orders outside the contiguous U.S., Canada and Mexico will incur additional shipping charges and are calculated on an individual basis. Within two (2) business days of placing your order a representative of Outdoor Wood Furniture will contact you using the telephone number you provided and notify you of the additional delivery charge amount and confirm your total before shipping.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands can be accommodated, but additional shipping charges will apply.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for ANY reason within the first 30 days, just return the items and we'll replace the items or refund your money (less the cost of shipping). To initiate a return, please contact our support department via email or by calling (888) 279-1501.

Items should be returned in the original packing or comparable packing to provide adequate protection. Returned items should also be insured. Any damage to returned items that would effect resale may be subject to a restocking fee.

Common Carrier Delivery

Many items, including large purchases, multiple items, and certain umbrellas, will be shipped by common carrier unless otherwise specified. Common carrier deliveries are free of charge and are delivered to a business address, commercial address, or common carrier terminal. The carrier will notify you directly to arrange a time and date of your delivery. The refusal of this type of delivery will result in the purchaser being charged shipping fees both to and from the shipping address. An individual 18 years or older is required to receive the shipment.

  • Terminal or Business Address - The customer is responsible for unloading the product(s) from the freight truck should make arrangements in advance to have assistance for unloading the product(s) - tailgate delivery does not include delivery inside your home, apartment, or office.
  • Tailgate Delivery - The carrier will deliver the product(s) to a residential address, and unload the product(s) from the truck. The customer is then responsible for moving product(s) from the delivery points. The customer should make arrangements in advance to have assistance for moving the product(s). Tailgate delivery does not include delivery inside your home, apartment, or office.
  • Residential Delivery - The carrier will deliver the product(s) to a residential address, unload the product(s) from the truck, and move the product(s) to the a location specified by the customer. If desired, the carrier may unpack the products. A note of caution - do not allow the carrier to unpack the contents of the order prior to moving the product(s) from the truck.

If you are not at home when the delivery was scheduled, a second delivery fee may apply depending on the carrier. Special options may be arranged directly with the carrier for additional services such as delivery within your home or office. These options may result in additional charges payable to the carrier.

Please remember that you MUST inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a shortage on the order, please note the damage to the item(s) or the shortage on the delivery receipt and refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If this occurs outside of our business hours please leave us a message and(or) call us on the next business day. Outdoor Wood Furniture is NOT responsible for damage or shortage that occurs in the transportation of the merchandise - the damage or shortage is the sole responsibility of the carrier.

It is the customers responsibility to receive and sign for the correct item and number of pieces. If you do not note that shipments are incorrect or damaged, it may result in additional charges.

Furniture Assembly

Some of the furniture purchased from Outdoor Wood Furniture requires simple assembly. Assembly instructions are included with all products to make the process easy and enjoyable. Included below are some simple tips and hints to make your assembly as quick and easy as possible:

  • An allen wrench is included with all furniture that requires assembly. While this tool is appropriate, an allen wrench with a handle or cordless drill using a T 25 bit will make the process easier. Do not over tighten! Fasteners should be snug but not so tight as to place stress on the product.

  • All fasteners should be checked after an initial settling period and tightened where necessary. Further tightening may be necessary at a later stage.

  • Canvas covers made from 100% acrylic or Sunbrella should be hosed down regularly to remove dust and dirt. Follow manufactures directions for stubborn stains.

  • New Pacific Kwila furniture WILL bleed when first exposed to rain or moisture. This is normal for exotic hardwoods and expected. During the initial weathering of Pacific Kwila, a brown/red tanin similar to coffee will "bleed" from the product. As the nature of each piece of timer is different, this "bleeding" period is unpredictable in length. A thorough hose down of the furniture several times on a grassy area will assist in flushing the excess sap away. Once Pacific Kwila has completed the initial bleeding, the wood will not bleed again. Oil should be applied after products have thoroughly dried in order to keep the deep red color of Pacific Kwila. Otherwise the products will weather to a silvery gray but the durability of Pacific Kwila will not be effected. Enjoy your Pacific Kwila products for the next 25-50 years.

All Pacific Kwila furniture is guaranteed against defects associated with faulty workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase under normal use. This warranty covers repair or replacement (at the discretion of Outdoor Wood Furniture, LLC) and does not cover damage caused by misuse or failure to maintain the timber in accordance with our maintenance instructions and does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, or normal wear.

Nyatoh Furniture
All Nyatoh wood furniture is guaranteed against defects associated with faulty workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal use. This warranty covers repair or replacement (at the discretion of Outdoor Wood Furniture, LLC) and does not cover damage caused by misuse or failure to maintain the timber in accordance with our maintenance instructions and does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, or normal wear.

Outdoor Umbrella Frames
All outdoor umbrellas frames are guaranteed against defects associated with faulty workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal use. This warranty covers repair or replacement (at the discretion of Outdoor Wood Furniture, LLC) and does not cover damage caused by misuse or failure to maintain the umbrella frame in accordance with our maintenance instructions and does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, or normal wear.

Sunbrella Fabrics
All Sunbrella fabrics are guaranteed against defects associated with faulty workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase under normal use. This warranty covers repair or replacement (at the discretion of Outdoor Wood Furniture, LLC) and does not cover damage caused by misuse or failure to maintain the fabric with our maintenance instructions and does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, or normal wear.

Acrylic Canvas
Acrylic canvas covers are guaranteed for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers repair or replacement (at the discretion of Outdoor Wood Furniture, LLC) and does not cover defects in the canvas covers resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, or normal wear.

Custom cushions are not covered under the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. When ordering your custom cushions, please be sure that your measurements are correct and that you fax a diagram/schematic of your cushions so that we can be sure they are manufactured to your specifications.

Returned Items

We will refund your purchase price less the cost of shipping provided the item is returned to within 30 days, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
